Hobbies
I trully enjoy my career...which is good because it eats up a lot of time! Recently, I have had the opportunity to jump in as a volunteer IEP advocate/consultant for one of my clients and am really enjoying exploring that. Reading, reading...and more reading! The truth is, I could live on the couch as long as I have books! I also love to shop, cook, and research....there's my Nerd Card giveaway! When we meet, it will be readily apparent who I am: a dynamic, passionate, enthusiastic talker who lives outside the box. I like to say I'm allergic to worksheets. With me, you won't get the drill and kill; I teacher the deeper, over-arching concepts like reasoning, critical-thinking and analysis.
