As I enter my 6th year of teaching in the Elementary/Middle School levels, I have found that the greatest motivator a student has is their belief that they are understood and believed in. I have worked with students ranging from talented and gifted to students reading 5 grade levels below their peers. As unique as every child is, I have found that there are a few commonalities that they all share. They all want to succeed but something is blocking their path. I want to help my students unblock their path so they can reach their potential.
