Experience
I have more than 10 years of experience of teaching mathematics as a private tutor and have 3 years of experience of teaching university mathematics as a teaching assistant while I was a graduate student and as an instructor. I have considerable experience of teaching SAT Math, SAT I Math, SAT II Math, ACT math, algebra, geometry, calculus I,II,III, linear algebra, diffferential equations. I am also very interested teaching America Mathematical Competition (AMC). I have received my Ph.D. degree in applied mathematics in 2013.I have taught and tutored wide range of mathematical branches including calculus I,II,III, linear Algebra, differential equations for university students. I have also taught pre-calculus, algebra, geometry, trigonometry and elementary math for the secondary school students. Finally, I have taught motivated high school students to prepare America Mathematical Contest(AMC). I love to teach mathematics and share the knowledge of mathematics with the students. My teaching method is very detail oriented and focuses on challenging the students. Mathematics is a discipline which requires patients, hard work and reasoning. Mathematics will improve all these three important areas. I put very strong emphasis in building technicality and foundation of mathematics. My ultimate goal is to improve students' analytical thinking skills so they can think independently without mechanically relying on their memorization of formulas.
