Experience
One of my greatest beliefs is that a great teacher is one who can teach in any circumstance. My tutoring philosophy is focused on spending as much time as I can learning how each student learns the best right from the start. Then I create a lesson plan that compliments their learning style. I firmly believe that no two children are alike, so every child must learn differently. I am very strong in reading and writing. I love books, so I enjoy teaching children to also love to read. My mantra is that it is my job to make every child better and that is what I strive to do. I majored in education. I knew I made the right choice because I was genuinely excited about it while my core group of friends was not as thrilled to begin college. Right now, I teach at a private pre-kindergarten school in Manhattan. My job is my passion, I love being near children and watching them learn and grow. It makes me happy to see them begin to do new things by themselves. When I am not teaching, you can find me watching movies, reading, and writing.
